Astrid woke up with a lazy yawn and a stretch she rubbed her eyes with the back of her palm to rid herself of the sleepiness. Her eyes roamed the room, looking at the candles that had either gone out or about to. Then her eyes looked out the window beside the bed, tsun was yet to rise as but its faint glow had already decorated the sky.
"I slept longer than ever today," she muttered, but a smile adorned her lips. Attempting to leave the bed, Astrid felt the Wright around her waist and her brows pulled together. Moving the covers, she found the arm that held her firmly, and her heart seemed to have stopped beating for a moment. She even forgot to breathe.
