"Your Majesty," the steward of the Castle of Deranna greeted King Chase. They were currently in the King's study where Chaee was going through some work that wasn't completed during the day. Liam's injury added more work to him as some of them were his work to do.
Chase raised his head and looked at the steward. who stood humbly with his head bowed and eyes on the floor waiting for his permission to raise it. "What is it, Mr. Shawn," he asked in a tired tone. It was already late, and this man wouldn't come to him unless there was trouble or a matter of urgency.
"Beta Sebastian is here, your Majesty," the royal steward informed him.
Chase frowned as there was no reason why the beta would come by himself. If it was a message, he could easily send someone else. Did something happen that they didn't know of? Or was this because of the missing Princess Auriana and Astrid was indeed involved?
