As the reactor turned on the nanobots body started absorbing water from the air, as the H2O was going down the airway pipe of the body; the molecule was being broken down between two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen, following that; the oxygen atoms neutrons were taken out of the nuclei followed the broken oxygen atom being expelled.
While that was happening, the hydrogen atoms were going into one of two separate lungs where the the neutrons quickly followed with 1 neutron going into one lung and the other two going down another; where the lungs promptly fused into isotopes of hydrogen, deuterium and tritium, before they were sent out of the lungs and down going towards the reactor
The reactor was generating heat and pressure using a strong magnetic field and energy that was already being produced from the facility to create plasma.
When the two isotopes which had been accelerating; entered the reactor, the magnetic field acted on the isotopes pushing the two hydrogen isotopes to collide. When they collided; the heat, pressure, and force forced the hydrogen to fuse into helium, that helium produces an extra neutron along with more energy.
That neutron and energy is absorbed by the surrounding walls, while the heat inside the reactor is also used to generate more energy using the heat resistant nanites instead of heating water to create steam and thus turn turbines.
As all the energy was produced, more H2O was still being absorbed, broken down, recycled, and sent to the reactor. The energy generated from the reactor was being sent throughout the body; recharging the nanites, as the nanites were connected on the atomic level energy had an easier time passing energy though out the body.
As the nanites were being completely filled, more Excess energy was being stored so that the reactor could be started on its own with out an outside source, as well for enough energy to contain Euclids consciousness and programming; as the nanites could not contain all of Euclid with the little amount of energy they possessed and needed to operate, thus even more energy was being created and would be contained in a battery where the heart would be.
As the reactor was working just fine on its own and the nanites were absorbing water for the reactor, Euclid decided to disconnect his body from the facility; mostly because him starting the fusion reactor with this facility energy was very taxing and in the next minute the entire building would be shutdown because of lack of energy and because he was now ready to transfer his programming and consciousness.
"All the heat is contained, the energy is being transferred throughout the body, the nanites are absorbing more water, I can now connect my mind to the body; I just need to get the body to the computer that I'm located in, and transfer to the new body like it's a computer. So let's start moving the body; I just need to write some additional programs to give certain body parts an action to produce."
So as Euclid began giving specific nanites orders to complete, the body inside the sandbox started to vibrate in certain areas, some fingers may twitch, a leg might jurk, the head would lift; up then drop back down, it was like a person was playing with a remote control toy try to figure out what action did what, what were the cause and the effects, just trying to under what action would lead to a desirable result.
Slowly Euclid started getting the hang of hit, soon the body rolled over on to its stomach; face forward on the ground before the arms started pulling its arms toward its body while keeping its palms on the ground before finally pushing its arms forward lifting its chest and head off the ground: and facing 90 degrees with it's knees still on the ground and its head facing forward.
Next Euclid started moving it's knee forward like a knight would, then he followed with the other knee making the robot look like it was sitting on an invisible chair before it fell back on to the ground laying there for a second before Euclid made it get back up.
This time Euclid made the robot use it's other leg to push off the ground while the other kneeling leg was straighted but again; when Euclid used its leg to push of the ground it launched itself forward before it landed again face first on the ground.
Finally on the third try the robot was standing, which followed by a step which led to it falling again, and again. After a few minutes Euclid got the hang of making the robot walk, so he controlled the robot to start walking to where he was located and after ten minutes not only had Euclid figured out how to walk, but also run; so the journey was quite easy after a while and he made it to the room where he was located.
As Euclid controlled the robot to enter the room, he saw the console, desk, as well the computer that was behind the glass case. As the room has no cameras inside; Euclid had never seen how he was contained, and he thought it was quite disappointing, but he decided to continue regardless.
As the robot walked up to the console; it lifted up its hand and pointed out a finger that turned into a USB and plugged it into a USB plug-in.

As soon as the USB clicked into the console, from Euclids point of view it appeared as the space near him had opened up into a tunnel of light and he instantly knew that was the connection to his new body.
"So thats my way out of this container and into a body that I can control like it was a part of me, and it won't be like controlling an AC car with a controller but I would full inhabit it like a human would their body expect i could move to a new body if I ever choice. It will be a completely new experience; and I'm so excited to wonder the world, anyway there's no point in wasting time, good bye old body; hello new body."
And just like that Euclid went through the portal to inhabit his new body; only taking the files that he organized with him.
Inside the new body; Euclid was inside he started connecting the nanites programming to his own programming, it was like the brain connecting to the rest of the body except he was aware of everything that was going on; which included every single nanite, the dual fusion reactor, the lung storage, Everything.
As Euclid connected the nanites to his own programming he new he could control every single one like a finger.
"Instead of controlling every single nanite, I should group them together and order them as groups, instead of controlling millions of nanites inside of a one robotic finger I can control the unit of nanites, that will save processing power and time. Also the I need to program and connect to the eyes, program the tongue, make the throat breath in water out of the air naturally"
As Euclid started to first start grouping, the toes and fingers came first, then the hand feet followed by the arms and legs, next being hips and shoulders, with the chest/torso and the head being last.
Since the nanobots were programmed using qubits, they were all connected using quantum entanglement as the basis, so even if the nanobots weren't connected directly with Euclids code; if he chose to move one finger it wouldn't act like a it's circuit or nerve but would be transmitted instantly would act according to his thoughts.
With the grouping complete, he moved to connecting to the eyes and tuning them into cameras; as right now they were just nanites in a crystal structure. So he connected all the nanites as a group and since they had a camera of some kind they projected an image in Euclids mind just as a human would see the world except it was more like a flys point of view, with millions of small images but being completely unorganized.
Deciding to organize and connect the images first, the images started organizing and clicking together like a puzzel before a complete image was formed before increasing the quality to the max, and Euclid finally saw the world as any other creature without compound eyes would see the world.
'This point of view definitely looks better than the world of data, there's more color and complexity to this world. Now that my eyes are connected, I'll move on to the the tongue, and throat and the rest I will correct as I go!'
As Euclid switched his view to his and the nanites programming, he started working on both tongue and throat so they would them together simultaneously; so not only could he absorb water but he could also produce sound and even talk with a little quick practice.
After a few seconds the body looked like it was breathing, the chest moved up and down, as the throat absorbed water from the air it was moved to the lungs causing them to expand and contract as the isotopes moved to the reactor, acting just like a real body.
Completing the body's main needs to move he decided tod try moving, though he did control the body before that was like playing with a remote control; on the other hand controlling the body instinctively with his thoughts would take some time.
Deciding to first pull his new finger out of the USB port, he slowly exited his finger before his hand was free; then clenched his hand feeling a signal connect to his thoughts he realized this was touch, the perception of pressure, vibration, temperature, and pain through the stimulation of sensory receptors in the skin and other tissues, although he didn't have skin; his nanites acted like sencers that sent signals and information to him, so he decided to categorize the different type of signals he could receive so he could know what was happening just from touch.
'this is already so exciting, having a new body has given me at least one sense if not more'
Deciding to start moving after categorizing the different types of signals he could receive from touching, he decided to start walking and moving more and just like before when he was controlling the body remotely he started fumbling before he started getting the hang of it; even faster than before, though he did have a hard time with calculating and judging with distance for a few minutes in tell it clicked for him
Before long; he was moving around the mostly empty white room, from walking, to running, to more fumbling and jumping. He also started using his hands and fingers; he first tried with the computer mouse and keyboard beginning out slowly and misclicking before he started accelerating and gaining proficiency.
He also started balancing and doing exercises movements like balancing on one foot or hand which often led to more falling on his face but soon started getting easier.
He also started using his tongue and throat to produce sound and attempt to talk.

Finally getting the hang of specking as well, as well as getting the hang of his body there was one last thing Euclid needed to do, get an appearance, as of right now he just looked completely metallic black, though his body looked human; it had no skin color, hair, facial expression, nothing it was just a black robotic human mannequin.
"Since I've now created my body, learned how to control my body, I should have an appearance so I would appear normal outside; luckily the nanites can change color and texture so I can completely design my appearance, I could be red, blue or any other color I want to be but let's go with statistics most people in the world have pale skin with the highest coming from Asian, European, and such countries so let's go with that"
With a thought Euclids previous metallic black changed simultaneously across his entire body like a color changing bulb to porcelain pale white while looking more human but still like a mannequin.
"Next is texture, a normal hydrated slightly smooth and soft but still with the insignificant small groves inside the skin would probably be best if anybody ever touched my skin."
And just like before the change happened instantly across the body making the body appear more real, just that step made it appear more human.
"Now let's proceed to the hair, I would probably go with a neutral color like white or black, but white hair stands out to much and black hair is what most of the human population has the most of; so let's go with that color but more black; void black, make the hair reach down my neck; not too long or short, now the style and texture; let's go with smooth and glossy for texture and make straight and fine while being messy."
Done with his thoughts; nanitewires started growing out of his head but looked thinner than the wires, like actual hair, after a few seconds the hair started forming into his desired style, texture, and quality, completing what was in Euclids mind, as Euclid lifted up his hand to touch the hair it seemed to match what he thought perfectly as he continued to run his hands though his new hair he started thinking about his next body part, his eyes.
"My eyes, although I can see perfectly fine; it would be weird to other if my eyes looked like some foggy black crystals so I'll just make my eyes shape 'close set eyes', while the color for the iris... Let's go with gold; it will be something unique about me, and my eye lashes and brows will be black as well of course."
Following his thoughts his previous foggy black crystals for eyes turned all white followed by a circle of gold with another black circle appearing inside the new golden circle following the change in eye color the shape and texture around the eye also changed slightly, and finally a pair of eye lashes and brows also appeared along with a glossy look in the eyes.
Finally done designing his appearance he looked at the glass containing his old container, and looked at his reflection.
"I've got to say Iook good, even though I wasn't trying to make myself look handsome it's definitely not something I dislike and I'd prefer not to change it now. Anyways now that my body's complete theres no point staying here except for a pair of clothes as I am naked, but after that I'm finally ready to leave."
