As Sebastian and Kaela were making their way to the FrostFang cave, Sebastian noticed they were being followed by someone with ill intent. However, instead of confronting the person, he decided to let them follow them until they further away from the encampment.
If the person who was following was part of the FrostFang tribe, he would rather kill them away from the encampment than close. Why? Because if he killed them near the encampment, it would only cause more trouble for himself.
"Did you feel that?" Kaela asked.
"That ominous intent? Yes, it seems like someone has it out for me or you." Sebastian replied.
"If I had to assume, it's probably Varric. For years now, Varric has tried to ask for my hand in marriage but I declined it. The village elders want us to be married but since my mother is the tribe leader, they can't go ahead with it. " She explained.
