About Last Night.
Gerald's POV
The morning light filtered through the curtains, a gentle unwelcome reminder of the passing of time as I struggled against the pull of sleep, the soft embrace of the mattress.
"Ouch!" I yelled as I felt my aching muscles and my head pounding.
"Ugh, I must have drank too much," I groaned, my voice raspy and pained as I tried to recall the events of the night before, the blurred memories like fragmented pieces of a puzzle.
I closed my eyes, trying to piece together the puzzle of the night before, my mind swimming with images and sounds, a chaotic disjointed collage of laughter, music, and alcohol.
And then, suddenly, memories of last night came flooding in. A memory that pierced through the fog, that sent a shiver down my spine. I was with someone, she had moved in with me to my room.
I felt a movement by my side as I shifted my gaze to the direction.
And then?
