Tom's Comfort
Gerald! Wait!" Tom shouted as his steps echoed in the silence of the moving. His movement was sharp as he moved towards me.
I increased my steps immediately as my ear picked up the sound of his voice. My footsteps, fast and firm, reverberated through the atmosphere.
I know Tom cared about me so much, but I just wanted to be all by myself. I desired to shut out from the outside world and listen to my inner self. To listen to what my heart had to say, to know who and what it yearns for.
