Victor helped the boy stand up and dusted the sand off his shorts. He looked around to see if the boy's parents were nearby, but he got distracted when the boy started tugging his trousers. Victor turned to look at him.
"Yes?" he asked with a blank expression.
Jason frowned. "I'm hungry," he said, touching his tiny stomach.
Victor raked his hand through his hair. "I know you said so. But I can't just give you food; your daddy or mommy might be angry about it."
Jason raised his brows, his eyes becoming dreamy as he blinked them.
Victor took a step back. The boy was giving him dreamy eyes, and he couldn't deny that it was so cute. He couldn't even tell the boy no.
"Alright, I'll get you the burger, but you must promise to show me where your parents are so I can take you back, okay?"
Jason nodded. "Burger!! Burger!!" He gave a small clap and hugged Victor closely.
