soo as promised the next chapter early in the week. The hints to the next legend will be kept even though only the first one to actually comment will get to suggest his or her legend for this fic. This will be done once and maybe in the future but not the foreseeable one. Next hint: even in death your soul is a beautiful flame that sets my breathing ablaze. Now onto the chapter to which I looked forward to and that will be AU. Now enjoy!

*BANG* She fell into the mud a thud. A young brunette woman stand above her with her rifle at the ready, but what stood out most about that woman was her golden eyes which were just so so familiar to her. 'Damn you Being X!!! I know you're responsible for this!!!' she thought with unconstrained hatred in her eyes. Suddenly time seemed to stop ticking and everything gained a slightly gray hue.
"Well, well, well you don't seem to be fairing so well unfaithful. Are you sure you don't want to bask in god's light and gain the strength to triumph over your enemies?"
"Fuck you Being X!!! I don't need a god to help me in my life! If you didn't interfere you selfish, delusional self-imagined god everything would be fine for me!"
"Hmpf! So be it then. You shall die here and be reincarnated as many times as needed until you see the truth. Only the faithful are worthy to enter god's gard-!"
Being X cut his speech short for something happened that in his eyes shouldn't be possible, a velvet blue butterfly flying between the two. Witch each flapping of it's wings you could hear the ringing of a bell. A rumble went through the stopped world like a short earthquake ending in a loud crash similar to a mirror breaking. Where before was the butterfly now stood a man in a blue suit facing her with a smirk that promised something interesting to happen.
"NO, NO, NO!!!! Who or what are you!?! I AM GOD!! How can you interfere with my powers?!?" they could hear the desperation and rage in Being X's voice.
With a nod to her the man turned towards Being X. "Surely you jest? You may be a being on the higher scale of evolution but you are no god. You think yourself invincible and all-mighty? What a joke! Not even the mesopotamian gods of the proper human history had such hubris. For they were mighty and knew it, they still knew that there is something out there more powerful than them. Besides my business is not with your pathetic self instead it is with Lt. Colonel von Degurechaff. So be quiet and don't you dare interfere with my business." After the man silenced Being X with his speech he turned around again and faced her.
"Lt. Colonel Tanya von Degurechaff a pleasure to finally meet you in person. While my proper name is not important at the moment you can call me the Curator. I have a proposal for you which considering your current predicament will be quite beneficial for you. Would you be willing to listen to it?" With a snap of his fingers a table and two chairs appeared and she found herself seated into one of them.
With a scoff she asked: "So what are you? Another Being claiming to be god?"
"Oh no, no, no. I'm no god nor do I think myself one. As my title suggests I'm simply overseeing the multiverse and go around collecting the legends of people that are judged to be worthy by the Velvet Throne. The Velvet Throne itself being a place or dimension that is housing versions of the legends that struck a deal with me. Mind you the throne doesn't care if you are a hero, villain or monster, it only cares for the fact that your deeds have been ingrained into the akashic records of the world you are living in. And coincidentally that means you are eligible to write down your legend into the Velvet Throne. That is why I am here."
"So this Velvet Throne would record my story in this world? With everything, the good and the bad? And all those who I have met?" "Yes, indeed." "Hmm I understand more or less what you gain from this but how's it benefit me?"
"Well, for one as you already know not only will you be remembered but also others like Ms. Serebryakov and the rest of your original 203rd. But I am sure that this isn't enough for you seeing as you are about to die and can't join the rest in the afterlife because of this pest you call Being X. So how about this? Your legend will be recorded into the Velvet Throne and I will free you from being interfered ever again by Being X?" with his last words the man gained a devilish smile that was pretty similar to her own at his words.
"Sounds great as long as you can end Being X, I'll gladly sign any contract." She didn't hesitate further to sign the contract in front of her. When it and a fountain pen appeared on the table she didn't know and at this point she didn't care.
The man stood up and with a clap of his hands something in this reality seemed to bleed away.
"NO, NO, NO, NO, NOOOOOO!!! YOU CANNOT DO THIS!! HOW DARE YOU OUTSIDER!?! TO INTERFERE WITH MY PLAYTHING!?!?! NO! STOP THIS INSTANT!" Even she could hear the fear in Being X's voice now and she began to cackle like the madwoman she became.
"Oh trust me, pest. Interfering with her is the least I will do. You have been judged by Alaya to have overstepped your role. You have not only interfered with a single human but humanity as a whole. And as this presents a crime against humanity itself Alaya has decreed your ending. May you learn from your failings. Goodbye Being X, may we never see each other again." With his last words the pressure of Being X faded away.
The man bowed towards her. "With this my side of the deal is fulfilled. I hope you find what you desire in the next life. When I leave time will resume it's flow, so this is goodbye for now, but one thing before I depart. Welcome to the Velvet Throne Rusted Silver, Tanya von Degurechaff!"
After his farewell the man disappeared into motes of golden light and time resumed. She fell back to the ground and could barely breath thanks to the big hole in her chest. But while the last breath of this life left her, she smiled a bright and devilish smile for one last time.
