The flames spread quickly through the Goblin village, causing the Goblins and Hobgoblins to become desperate to escape from burning to death.
"CHIEEEK!"
Panicking, the goblins picked up anything they could use as a weapon while charging at Jeong.
"One… two… fifty goblins, in front and five Hobgoblin standing behind… Oh."
Jeong said in his mind as he noticed the Hobgoblins standing behind the charging goblins were protecting the Goblin chief.
"Heh… it looks weak"
Jeong said as he charged towards the coming troops of goblins and began cutting them down easily.
"CHIEEK!"
The Goblin screamed as Jeong cut through them, with his sights set on the Goblin chief.
*WHOOSH*
As Jeong fixed his gaze on the Goblin chief, he failed to notice the Four Hobgoblins guarding it had disappeared.
They used the Goblins as cover, sneaking up on Jeong and attacking him simultaneously on all sides.
"...!"
Jeong notices them and smirked. Before activating a skill.
[BASIC MARTIAL ART – GROUND STOMP.]
Jeong raised his leg and stomped the ground, sending a vibration through the ground, throwing the Hobgoblins' attacks off. Because of their attack got thrown off. The Hobgoblins fell on each other and before they could move.
*BOOM*
Jeong jumped ten meters in the air and spun around, gathering momentum as he came falling towards the hobgoblins.
[BASIC MARTIAL ART – AIR STOMP.]
*BOOM*
"HAA!"
He kicked the air at an incredible speed, which gave a boost to the speed of his fall, as he crashed into the Hobgoblins with his shield, killing them and any other goblin within the range of impact.
*BOOM!!*
After the crash, dust covered the air. And in the form of blood and meat, the dead hobgoblins and goblins fell like rain, to the ground.
"Cough… cough. This was a very good shield; too bad it could not withstand the impact."
Jeong said as he stepped out of the dust, with his shield broken in half. He threw it on the ground and continued walking towards the Goblin chief, who survived the attack by putting up some sort of invisible shield.
"There seems to be some sort of barrier around the Goblin chief. Does that mean that monsters can also use skills?... Things are getting interesting."
Jeong thought in his mind as he continued walking towards the goblin chief.
"CHIEEEK!"
The Goblin chief yelled, standing up from the ground and pointing its cane up, and began chanting, before stabbing itself with the sharp end of the cane.
[GOBLIN CHIEF HAS MET THE CONDITIONS TO ACTIVATE 'SACRIFICIAL RAGE'SKILL.]
"…What!?"
Jeong had a surprised expression when he saw the Goblin chief stab itself with its cane. But he noticed a red, murky aura emerging from the Goblin chief's body.
"Oh… this just got interesting."
Jeong said as he felt the Goblin chief's strength increase by threefold. It became larger than before, measuring at seven feet tall. Its teeth and claws became sharper, and its muscles became more defined.
After its transformation, the once weak-looking goblin chief has now become a Hobgoblin General.

The Hobgoblin general walks up to Jeong, towering over him. It looks down at Jeong and smirked.
Jeong looks up at the Hobgoblin general, who was now confident of winning the fight, and said.
"Well… I can see you brimming with confidence, but all you did was give me a bigger target."
Jeong said with a smile as he placed one hand forward with his hand tightened into a fist.
[BASIC MARTIAL ART– STRAIGHT PUNCH.]
*BOOM! *
Jeong used fifty percent of his strength to punch the air at such an incredible speed that it made a hole in the Hobgoblin general guts without even having contact.
"CHI– CHIEEK?"
As the Hobgoblin General noticed the giant hole in its gut, it fell on its back, dead.
*BANG*
[DING]
[CONGRATULATION PLAYER YOU HAVE CLEARED THE FIRST FLOOR.]
