Alpha Herrick's POV
The monstrous act of Alpha Rykee changed my perspective about as I used to think him to be the gentle one.
"I am the new Alpha king now, and I accept your terms, " he said, stretching forth his hand to offer me a handshake while it still dripped of his brother's blood.
I gulped a cupful of saliva not because I was scared of him, but because I was scared of what to expect from him. Beta Alexander nudged me on to receive handshake from the Alpha who just killed his brother in cold blood.
We took a blood oath by cutting ourselves and dripping our bloods into a cup. Every man present at the meeting took a sip from the cup, to signify our unity and alliance. Also, it signifies that the agreement made between us was to last for as long as every single soul present at that meeting was still alive.
