Chapter Four Hundred-Twelve – Reacting
When Sorren's carriage started moving, Zeldris rushed to the first carriage.
He frowned deeply on seeing Thales already in. Why did none of them give him alone time with he Princess?
Thales felt confused. Wouldn't he be happy that they'd be at different carriages? He saw Zeldris jump into the carriage and it began moving.
Laurel didn't know why he was adamant about staying with her but she didn't really appreciate it since it meant two guards to stop her from eating her snacks.
However, she fell asleep ten minutes after the ride started. It shocked her to her bones when she woke up to see herself on her bed, and the crown of flowers besides her. How many hours had passed?
She rubbed her eyes and left the bed. "I hope snacks are still around?" she murmured as she washed her face and rinsed her mouth.
