Chapter Four Hundred-One – Revealed
"What did you just say to me?"
Laurel's hands clenched and she faced Cara, taking slow steps towards her. "Do you mind repeating that?"
Cara took steps back but her expression remained.
She had been waiting outside the pack for the Alpha to arrive and had clearly saw the Princess and the Alpha come back together holding hands.
The Princess might've been minding her business with her children when the Alpha invited her out, but it didn't change the fact that she accepted.
She had known that the Alpha had been preparing to go to another pack but she didn't understand why he didn't just take her with him. She had to accept that it was because he'd rather take the Princess along.
It honestly didn't bother her much since the Alpha had proven many times that he didn't like her, still it was heartbreaking that she lost to another woman and werewolfess, two times in a row.
