Chapter Four Hundred – For Food!
Zeldris sighed, running a hand through his hair. Princess Laurel really worried him at times. "She must be tired then. I'd let her be. Do you know what she did?"
"Eating. We eat at a restaurant." Marino said.
Mira from inside, on the bed yelled, out in support. "Tasty foods. And we went to an inn! Big inn!"
Laurel stared at the twins. Were they covering for her? How did they know she'd be in some kind of trouble if Zeldris knew exactly what happened? They stunned her at times and the thought brought a smile to her face.
"Inn? Tasty food?" Zeldris sighed, standing up.
He wasn't very surprised that the Princess would run out on hearing there was a restaurant and inn with tasty food. Though he'd have liked to accompany her. He rubbed his ears. It would have felt like a date.
