The inner keeper sighed and rubbed her temples. Not again. "Room 19 already belongs to a customer, though he'd be signing out by now. If you want the room, wait till he signs out."
Stefan paused and slowly nodded. So Koi took them to his room? Why not tell him on time so he'd register a room by himself?
He sighed and rushed upstairs again. He froze when he only saw Laurel on the bed. Koi and the twins were gone.
A sharp pain panged in his chest as he came close to Laurel and saw the window close to her was open. Also it seemed her gown have been moved.
His veins popped up on his head as he realized. That Koo was a sneaky little kidnapper. He must've searched Laurel for any money on her since he knew she was a princess.
On closer look, the jewelry Laurel had on her was gone. "Ah, I messed up." He said calmly.
