Those he killed. Those he hurt. He couldn't never undo any of that. Would he even have had an ounce of guilt if she wasn't his mate?
He was only being this way because he wanted her and didn't want to get rejected. Her hand clenched on the armrest she kept it on. That Alpha didn't deserve her.
Quincy watched as the Princess' eyes darkened, she must be fighting with herself and he needed to give her space. Her future happiness depended on her decision.
The Alpha might also do something dangerous if the object of his affection didn't want him and while all of Green Valleys would be ready to defend their Princess, it'd be much better if nothing happened.
