Chapter Three Hundred-Seventy – The Gift
As Sorren walked around the hall, he watched the guests and checked who he hasn't thanked for coming.
"W-Wait…" Sorren rushed to Slime when he saw him about to eat some grilled meat with their sticks. He pulled it out and dropped on his plate carefully.
He cleared his thoughts out and worked on picking out all the sticks on the grilled meat trays in front of Slime.
If they got stuck in his throat and he dies, the King will blame him. Then maybe try to get Sigma as compensation for what happened. Sorren really wanted to avoid that.
Slime looked away without saying anything. He remembered how he had thought of that Prince as a girl during the Lycan Packs Meeting, and he felt embarrassed.
It was while taking the gift from the King that the King told him about the pretty girl he saw once being a male, and the Prince Sorren that the King wasn't fond of.
