Chapter Three Hundred-Sixty-Two – Waterbed
The Princess and the two Lead Warriors walked sluggishly as they moved along the forest that led to the Rolling Stones Pack.
For some reasons, possibly renovation of their houses, those people had cut down trees, the trees that usually shielded those in the forest from the sun's piercing rays.
Hence, the three moved slowly under the intense sunlight that threatened to fry them on the spot, if they stopped moving for even a second.
Baxter had begun to regret spending his free morning by following the Princess and Valkyrie, who didn't speak to him and only glared whenever he spoke.
As they moved, they reached a path that had smooth rocks over a small waterbed. He crossed first and noticed it was slippery.
"Um… ladies, this place is—" when he turned to point a different path to them, he noticed Valkyrie already slipping and falling.
