Asher tapped his feet repeatedly, cursing all the known people in his life, except his dead mother. His Father wasn't an exception.

The servant girls ran past with buckets to refill. They needed to change the mopping water for the seventh time since the cleanup started. The King glared at them.

Did they have the slightest clue how many months it took him to restock storage room seven? His latest drugs were there, but now gone.
