Asher took a step back, releasing his clenched fists. Did the brat think he'd drop the case if he mentioned Zara?
That was a stupid dream that he should wake up from.
"I should let Zara know of your actions. Her lowly dog dared to put her in a vulnerable position."
Thales frowned. "Another thing I hate about you, you think Lady Zara is like you who treat your workers as dog."
The King chuckled. "They are my workers, I treat them as I deem fit. And if Zara is so good to you, how dare you soil your name with your crimes!"
Thales smiled, seeing the King getting worked up. He left where he sat, holding the candle holder in his both hands.
Asher could see his face clearly, brown haired idiot with mischievous blue eyes. He didn't even look like he was from around, maybe a brat from a neighboring pack.
