Chapter Hundred-Fifty-Seven – Torture
That was an unusual request. A request for a witch.
Darren glared at the lycan before him. Perhaps he had hit his head too hard. If he spoke in respect to Ella possibly being a witch then he should know his possible response.
"What do you mean by you need a witch, lycan?"
Slime frowned. "I have a name. Slime."
A ridiculous name. Darren thought. Just why the hell will a lycan, all the way from High Moon, come to his place to ask for a witch? Did he ever advertise that he sold some?
"You know I wouldn't care about your name, lycan. So tell me, why did you think my pack will be the perfect place to make such an insane request?"
Slime thought hard on it. Saying the King told him wouldn't be enough and with his current condition, he wouldn't want to annoy his captor.
