Chapter Hundred-Fifty-Six – Leave
Slime rubbed his face. He knew the werewolf wouldn't want to talk with a Lycan out of fear or whatnot but wasn't the man being a bit too headstrong?
He could tell he was just a low ranked wolf with two children in the room, and that's leverage. He should speak more politely if he didn't want to be forced to talk.
He kept his hand on his waist. "I said I'm not leaving till you grant me audience. I wouldn't like to repeat again—"
A sword was pointed at his throat. Slime's eyes widened. He hadn't even noticed when he picked the sword. Was he that fast or it's just chance?
It amused Slime. "So, you want to play like that while having kids here?" He didn't think of the children?
Darren squinted his eyes at him. "Maybe I'm confident I'd cut you clean before you touch them."
Such bold words. Slime smirked, rushing to him.
Ella came between them. "He said leave!"
