Chapter Two Hundred-Thirty-Two – Reckless Plan
Sorren mounted the horse, and looked back, studying the two warriors behind him. They weren't nervous.
He looked forward and smirked. They were quite old now and probably looking for how to retire or die honorably in battle. He'd give them the chance for the second.
"Let's go!" he bellowed and they chorused a reply.
It was just to scout, as he had told the warriors back at High Mountains, waiting for the next attack.
But Sorren had other goals to achieve at this scouting. His brother might be bait for the witches, but Sorren had a feeling that they wouldn't attack like before.
Their success last time was due to the element of surprise and since they hit one lycan, they might be temporarily satisfied.
Of course, from Bebe's explanation and his reasoning, their goal wasn't just the Alpha but the lycans at High Moon and at Green Valleys.
