"Alpha," bowing slightly, Suzanna handed Angel over to Fernando and left their side immediately. Taking her hands, Angel put her hand on his elbow and turned to face the entrance.
They were awaiting the sound to come in, so they stood waiting by the door in each other's hands. Angel didn't like the awkwardness and she tilted her head to the side to see how he was fairing. Luckily, no injuries were sustained as Suzanna relayed.
Absent-mindedly, she sighed outwardly causing Fernando to turn to look at her. "Don't make it so obvious that you don't want to marry me," he said and she almost rolled her eyes at him. Again, playing the victim like he wasn't the one who arranged an agreement.
Annoyed, she ignored him and kept her face glued to the door, not wanting to engage in any conversation with him.
"Are you okay?" With his gaze on her, he asked and she turned to look at him slowly.
