Synopsis
Excerpt "Part your legs" he told her with an expressionless face, as if what he said was no big deal. Hazel on the other hand, blinked once, twice and thrice as if she hadn't heard him correctly. What did he say? I should part my legs?! For what reason? Did I even hear him right?, she asked herself internally. It still sounded ridiculous to her ears. How could he tell her to part her legs? Him of all people? "Part your legs for me, Hazel" his voice sounded again which made her to look at him with wide eyes. Indeed! She heard him right! "Sir......Sir I can't pa-" Hazel said but was interrupted by the man who said "Shh......I don't want to hear any of it Hazel. Be a good girl and part your legs so that I can locate the injury, alright?" What injury is he talking about? I'm not injured at all, she thought Hazel did not know what injury he was talking about because as far as she knew, she was not injured and especially not down there. As she kept on pondering about where he got the idea that she was injured, she felt a palm suddenly on her exposed thigh. Her eyes immediately stretched wider and met his gaze. "Sir.....wh..... wha-" Hazel was again interrupted by the man who placed his thumb on her lips to silence her. Bringing his face closer to hers, he said, "If you won't part your legs for me, I'll part them myself " after saying that, he bent his head, ready to part her thigh when a knock was heard on the door.

Chapter 1 - New teacher

The school bell rang, echoing round the school's hallway. The students soon emerged from their respective classrooms, chattering to themselves which made the hallway noisy. The students which emerged from their classrooms could be seen in groups. Either in threes or in twos.

At the end of another hallway a girl could be seen who just came out of her classroom, humming a song.

"Hazel!"

The girl who heard her name whipped her head to where she heard her name being called. And she saw a girl standing not too far away from where she stood. It was her friend, Scarlett Harrison.

"Have you heard?" The girl named Scarlett asked Hazel when she got nearer to her. Hazel on the other hand, stared at her friend blankly, wondering what her friend was talking about. "Haven't you heard?" Scarlett asked once more only for Hazel to shake her head in refusal.

"Gosh. News come to you slowly" Scarlett said before continuing. "You know that Mr. Roman fell seriously ill last month and haven't recovered yet. A new teacher will replace him tomorrow" Scarlett said that excitedly as if she was happy to see the new teacher. Hazel looked at her friend as if she did not understand a thing which made her friend to lightly nudge her.

"You were there, weren't you?" Scarlett asked her friend.

As if she remembered something, Hazel nodded her head and smiled sheepishly at her friend before saying, "Don't mind me and the way I forget things"

"You and the way you forget things, it's annoying" Scarlett said as she rolled her eyes.

"Let's go outside. My driver would have already came" Hazel said and checked her wrist-watch. Nodding her head, Scarlett hooked her hand with Hazel's and they both headed out of the school building.

Once they were out, a black Lamborghini was spotted across the road. Hazel looked at her friend and asked,

"You wouldn't mind coming to my house for a few hours, right?" hearing that, Scarlett expression changed suddenly.

"Umm...I don't have time today. You know how I need to make a podcast. Maybe tomorrow" Scarlett answered as she scratched her neck nervously.

"Okay" Hazel said and unhooked her arm from her friend's. A smile made it's way to Scarlett's lips before saying, "Glad that I did not make you angry by my answer". Hazel's brows furrowed and she playfully hit Scarlett's shoulder.

"What's there to be upset about? Anyways bye. You know how my mom gets worried if I spend more than thirty minutes after school hours" Hazel told her and waved at Scarlett before walking towards the completely black Lamborghini.

As Hazel came nearer to the car, a sturdy man dressed in an impeccable black suit stepped out of the car and opened the door for Hazel. Not even a single emotion nor expression could be spotted on the man's face as he stood there like a statue. As Hazel came closer to the car, the man who came out of the car greeted her,

"Good afternoon, miss"

"Afternoon, Enzo. When did you come?" Hazel asked when she got nearer to the man named Enzo.

"Not long ago" Enzo answered.

Hazel entered the car which was already opened for her and was gently closed by Enzo. The car sped off before it came to a halt in front of a mansion. Enzo who was on the driver's seat, pressed the horn and soon, the big gate was opened. The car entered the mansion.

Enzo came down and opened the door for his miss and Hazel came down from the car, clutching her backpack. Hazel walked into the massive house.

The house was painted in beige and white color. Beautiful and massive chandeliers made out of diamonds could be seen hanging on the ceiling. Gold velvet couch could be seen arranged beautifully that it gave off elegance.

Hazel walked inside the house, ready to take the stairs when a familiar voice called her from behind. Turning around, Hazel was greeted with the sight of a young woman. She had honey blonde hair which cascaded down to her waist. Her thick long lashes. Her dark shade of silver hair shone upon seeing her daughter.

"Hazel dear, you are back. Why did you spend much time after school hours? Did you know how worried I was?" the woman asked as she pulled Hazel in for a hug. Hazel however, returned the hug with a smile.

"Why were you worried mom? It's not like something bad would happen to me when the man you assigned as my body guard and driver was with me" Hazel told her mother before pulling away.

"You know how easily worried I get if you come home late after that incident. That was why I assigned Enzo as your driver" her mother said with a furrowed brow. Hazel brought her hand forward and placed it on her mother's shoulder.

" You should not get worried about little things like this mom. That was seven years ago and am a big girl now. Besides, I have Enzo and my personal guard with me so you don't have anything to worry about, okay?" Hazel told her mother with a reassuring smile before kissing her mother's forehead.

Hazel's mother smiled at what her daughter told her but she was not sure if she should not to worry about her. Though it happened seven years ago, something in her told her she shouldn't forget about it. She would make sure her daughter is safe. No harm would befall Hazel again, her mother thought.

"Alright, I will not get worried about things like this but if my gut feeling tells me you are in danger, don't expect me to be calm, okay?" her mother asked

Hazel smiled when she heard what her mother told her. It had been a tough time for her mother after that incident occurred. Her mother never allowed her to leave the house without any guards even if it was to play with her friends nearby.
