As the assault squad continues their escape deep within the trench, Siel's consciousness slowly fades into darkness.
When Siel opened his eyes, he found himself standing on the ground which reflects the darkness of the abyss. Yet when he looked above, what he saw was the clear blue sky that washed away the anxiousness that he was feeling.
...The fear that the darkness of the abyss he was standing in would swallow him...
"Welcome back to my realm, Fluffy Sleepyhead."
In front of Siel is the Goddess Visare, with its form which is a silhouette of a woman as the dark as the abyss.
The realization that he's now standing in front of the Goddess Visare back in the realm, which is the representation of the state of his Soul, gives Siel a comforting feeling as he concludes that he has already reached the end of his life in the world of Reviere, that he has finally have died.
