I screamed in my mind. Once I was done with my meal and he was done with his, he drove off. "Pass me the drink, darling." Came Rowan's voice sounding casual and deep.
" So you can hear me all this while. Yet, you were pretending not to." I commented before looking out the window.
"Are you angry with me, darling?" Rowan threw a glance my way before facing the road. He was the one driving so I expected that of him. " Don't be angry, darling. I was only quiet because I had nothing to say." That was his silly excuse.
" Whatever." I muttered. It didn't matter. I looked down at my hands as it fiddled with themselves. " You can keep ignoring me if you want. It's not like you tell me things anyway."
