I could hear it beating so loud. " Alright, I get it. You don't have to prove—" I was about to tell him something when I saw a truck on the opposite end of the road, heading our way. My eyes widened at the sight of the incoming truck, the headlights and the loud horn was alarming. We are going to die. I concluded in my mind.
"The truck, Rowan!" I yelled and fortunately he swerved just in time to avoid the truck. That was when I noticed he had entered a one way lane. The lane we were on was not for vehicles moving in the direction Rowan was driving.
