"So are you going to make him your scapegoat? Or not?" Litty asked as Professor Elivian finished judging the other students' plants.

"There's no need for that," Edward said, leaning back in his chair with his arms crossed.

"You're not going to tell me that you..." Before Litty could finish, she noticed Edward's smirk. "He doesn't need to because he already is..."

"I don't know what you're talking about," Edward said, returning his chair to its place as the last student showed his plants to Elivian.

"Everyone quiet now. I'm going to explain why you had to be plant parents for this whole period," Elivian's cheerful eyes turned sinister, making the aura around her heavy.

Of the eight students, two were sweating nervously, looking at Elivian, who slammed her hand on the table, showing a sinister smile. "You can say that you're going to brutally murder these flowers now, and those that aren't in the right condition for that will give you headaches."
