Chapter 37 - Next class

For sixteen minutes, while Kadia was attending to the rest of the students, watching them practice solo movements and trying to fix the mistakes she pointed out in the first part of the class, Michael had spent all this time trying to remove the sword stuck in the ground.

"It's little, but you can see the mana infused in the sword being gradually passed into Michael's body, fixing his flow and increasing his strength by destroying and reconstructing his nerves... She's much more radical than I thought," Mine said, releasing a sigh and shrugging. "If he can't even move the sword a few centimeters, he'll be stuck like this all year and will continue to be a useless weakling."

"You really don't mince words, Mine," Edward said, halting the movements of his sword.

"What? I'm just stating the truth," Mine replied without hesitation.

"Ugh, any hint of a pleasant smell he had disappeared a long time ago. Is he not taking a bath?" Sillian said, covering her nose.
