At dusk, Dottie and Jack walked out of the school gate together.
"Jack, there is a movie this weekend. Why don't we go to the cinema for that?" Dottie turned her head slightly to look at him.
According to their parents, they had to date weekly recently.
"No problem," Jack agreed.
Dottie checked the film schedule and asked, "Do you prefer to go at 6 or 8?"
"You decide," Jack couldn't be bothered.
After a bit of thinking, Dottie purchased two tickets at 8, "I think we can watch that at 8. Then we can have enough time for dinner."
And then she could spend more time with Jack.
Jack responded, "No problem. I'll pay for the tickets, by the way."
Dottie was a bit unhappy, "It's even less than ten dollars! Or you can pay for the dinner if you want."
Jack had no choice but to agree with her.
