When Wyonna was back, Charles asked her worriedly, "I just saw Mr. Shane falling to the ground. Is he alright?"
"Forget it. He is lying to me again." Wyonna walked straight to her bedroom and added, "Anyway, he's got his car. He can rest there if he is not feeling well."
Shane must feign illness.
But she still didn't feel like sleeping. So, she paced up and down in her room. Finally, she ran to the window again after about half an hour.
Outside, she could see Shane lying on the ground full of water. The umbrella in his hand was blown aside by the wind.
Finally, Wyonna realized something was wrong. Anxious, she dashed off to the rain and helped Shane up from the ground. "Shane, are you okay?" she patted his face and asked. "Wake up. You need to go to the hospital."
"No. I want to stay with you in your house," with his eyes half shut, Shane tried to press her hand onto his face. "Otherwise, you'll leave me again..."
