Wyonna took a while to calm herself down. The nightmare was so real that it even made her heart ache.
Without further consideration, she called Shane.
She wanted to hear his voice as soon as possible, even though she didn't know if he fell asleep. After all, it was still 4 am in the Menisia.
Luckily, just after one beep, Shane answered the call, "Wyonna, why are you still awake so late?"
"Shane!" Upon hearing his deep voice full of magnetism, Wyonna couldn't control her emotion. She couldn't help raising her voice, "Are you awake as well?"
"Yes." Shane murmured his answer, "I can't sleep without you. What about you? Did you dream something bad?"
"Right. In my dream, you died of an air crash. I kept crying so hard, then I was roused from that dream." When Wyonna spoke of that nightmare, her heart was still fluttering with fear.
"Don't be silly. The dream is always the opposite of the reality." Shane chuckled gently.
