Chloe was instantly frightened out of sleep and shrieked out, "Ivan, what are you doing?"
"Shh," Ivan hurriedly clapped his hand over Chloe's mouth, "Someone outside is eavesdropping on us."
"Why? Why does someone eavesdrop?" Chloe was alerted, "Could it be a... thief?"
"No. It may be my grandparents," Ivan twinkled and lowered his voice. "They are too eager to have grandchildren. Because of Shane's affairs, they didn't have the chance a few days ago. Now Shane recovers, and they start to care about us."
Chloe said, "So what can we do?"
She understood some grandparents would urge newlyweds to have children as soon as possible.
But she never thought it would also happen to her.
"Just pretend and reassure them," Ivan said easily.
"Pretend?" Chloe felt uncomfortable.
"How to pretend?" she thought.
"Roll over a few times and make some noise," Ivan advised.
"Okay," Chloe accepted his offer without hesitation.
