Elpis's POV
I did the blood letter. I have never done it before and honestly, I had no idea what Lucia was chanting and doing but I went on with it. It was basically an invitation with my blood seal in it. Lucia chanted a few words and it burned. I didn't understand the whole stuff but she said we would get feedback from the pack within days.
Every day, Hemera came to inquire about the letter but there was nothing. I saw her smile drop every time I gave her an answer different from what she wanted. It broke my heart every single time till the day I came into my office.
I saw something burning on my office table. I wanted to yell for help and I wondered how the hell a fire started in my office till I noticed that nothing else was burning. The fire automatically stopped and a letter appeared on my desk. It was an acceptance of our invitation by the Luna of the Luna pack which by the way I didn't know existed.
