Andrew eagerly headed to the broad hall on the pagoda's eighth floor and settled on one of the meditation mats, feeling the soft cushioning beneath him. His eyes were drawn towards the nine-headed hydra statue, and he couldn't help but marvel at its intricate detailing once again. He closed his eyes, crossed his legs, and breathed in deeply.
As he exhaled, he felt his mind and body relax. Slowly, he began to sink inwards, deep into his soul space. And then, like magic, his actualized spirit body appeared over his sea of consciousness.
He allowed himself to drift forward and toward his majestic book totem. His heart racing with excitement, he flipped open the cover, eagerly turning to the first page. And there it was - his attribute sheet, waiting for him to explore and edit with his majestic golden quill.

"Wow! I can't believe it!" Andrew exclaimed in excitement as he looked at his attribute sheet. He had been anxious about his new Valkyrie spirit body and whether it could collect energy for him in a way that would be as effective as Aeon's Blessing of Death. But much to his relief, his new physique worked even better than he had hoped.
With his spirit body, he had siphoned off over 1000 units of origin energy and thirteen units of fate energy from the giant lizard and the three demons he had slain. He now possessed all the tools to edit his attributes again and take his abilities to the next level.
Andrew contemplated out loud, "Hmm, I have just enough fate energy reserves to edit two of my attributes, but I need to prioritize enhancing my physique before improving my agility."
He understood that as he gained more power, he would need more energy to use his book totem and the golden quill to edit his attributes. It was fascinating to think that he had only required one fate energy unit to alter an attribute before he became a rank-one sorcerer. However, now that he had achieved this status, he would need five units of fate energy to accomplish the same task.
With a determined expression, Andrew reached for the majestic golden quill that always rested between his book totem and muttered, "Let's get this done." He then drew five units of fate energy from his fate energy reserves and, with a confident stroke, wiped away the number "24.9" that represented his physique attribute on the page.
Although he felt a momentary unease, as if something vital had gone missing from his core, he relied on his past life experiences and didn't let the discomfort set him back. Instead, he acted quickly and extracted 500 units of origin energy from another rune in front of his origin energy reserves using the spectacular golden quill.
With the energy now in his grasp, he utilized it as ink to inscribe the number 99.5 on the blank space that had once been occupied by his physique quantification on the page. At that moment, a significant transformation began within him, initiating an exciting shift in his physique that left him feeling reinvigorated.
As he gazed at the golden page, he couldn't help but notice the newly quantified measurements of his physique. His heart rate began to rise, and with every beat, he could feel his blood pumping with a mysterious power that seemed to energize and invigorate every cell in his body.
A wave of intense satisfaction washed over him as he felt his muscles, bones, and skin grow stronger with each passing moment. It was a delightful sensation that left him feeling alive and empowered.
"Nice," Andrew murmured as the transformation slowly ended. He balled his hand into a fist and stretched his neck and shoulders, causing a series of popping sounds to emanate from his body. His physical strength had increased so much that even a simple movement caused his bones to make a popping noise.
"I need to keep going," he murmured as he tried to contain his enthusiasm. He didn't take a break but focused on building his strength with a single-minded determination.
He meditated again and soon appeared within his soul space. He approached his trusty book totem before flipping the cover open and focusing on his attribute page again.
With overflowing confidence, he picked up his golden quill and began making some changes. He erased the figure "26.2" - the quantification of his agility - using five units of his fate energy. And then, with a flourish, he used 500 units of origin energy as ink to inscribe the new number "99.5" on the golden page, signifying an impressive upgrade in his agility.
As he finished his meditation, he felt a rush of joy that surged through every fiber of his being. When he opened his eyes, he realized he had become incredibly agile. The world outside seemed to pause, and he felt a sudden disconnection from everything around him.
Without any thought, he rose from his meditation pose and bolted towards the far end of the spacious room. In the blink of an eye, he vanished from view and reappeared near the entrance, leaving behind a fleeting shadow.
What an exhilarating feeling it was to traverse over seventy meters in just one second without relying on any spells or incantations! It was a mind-blowing feat that filled him with immense and delightful satisfaction.
He couldn't stop marveling at how much he had transformed after the upgrade. His body felt much lighter, his reflexes were sharper, and his senses were more acute. It was like he had been given a new lease on life, and he couldn't wait to push the limits of his abilities.
"I think I need to train for a few days to fully master my new powers," he said aloud, considering his options. "Once that's done, I can spend a few months perusing some of Aeon's books while waiting for the demons to give up on chasing me."
Andrew had his priorities set. He understood that he had to keep honing his abilities by delving into the remarkable legacy of Aeon. At the same time, he had to remain hidden from the demons that might be on his trail.
As for the idea of immediately going back to Heathgate Border town to take on his family's assignment, it was no longer an option for him. He had dismissed it the moment he suspected that the demons could be after him.
