Finally, on the fifth day, Andrew emerged from his meditative trance with a clear mind and a renewed sense of purpose. Not wanting to disturb Delilah, who was engrossed in her spell books, he silently exited the pagoda through the portal on the fourth floor, returning to his bedroom.
