I was shocked, I could not believe this was happening. Did my mom just wake up? I felt like crying as I quickly pulled her into a hug.
"Mom."
I noticed Aunt Alex and my grandparents, who had been busy, quickly stood up as they walked towards my mom.
I stared at my mom as she looked at me, but she was still weak as she tried to compose herself. I felt like crying, I felt like this was a dream, that I was just losing my mind.
"Mom," I said as I held her hands, trying to calm down. I felt like giving up, but now I felt happy seeing my mom awake, and it's all thanks to that guy.
"What happened?" I heard my mom slowly say as I could not hold back my tears and rested my head on her hands.
"Mom, I miss you. Why did you do this to me, mom?"
I placed a kiss on her head as I turned to look at Aunt Alex.
"Please, Auntie, take care of my mom. Please, I have a place to go."
