"I tried to warn her to choose a level she could manage." The receptionist said as she tried to get up to stop the tiger before it was too late.
But before she could, she felt a hand on her shoulder.
"Sir? " She asked in confusion as she stared at the bespactled man holding her back.
"Don't interfere," he said in a casual tone.
"If I don't interfere, the girl will lose her life," she pleaded, hoping to convince the man.
"If she loses her life, that would be her own fault," the man said emotionlessly.
The girl was stunned by the words of the man.
"Haha!! Just kidding, but you should see the expression on your face; it's priceless." The man snickered, finding the situation funny.
The receptionist wasn't sure what to say as she observed her superior.
"But don't worry, I don't think of human life as so insignificant."
