Reo drew a turbid breath then lingered up against the edge of a slope. His deep black eyes cast a murky gaze over the scenery presented before him. Loose strands of his messy bun blew in the wind as he peered down below from a tall vantage point, when a somber voice reached his ears from behind.
"There it is," Reo didn't have to turn to tell it was Leon overlooking the outstretch of the village next to him.
Before them was a tall wooden structure with broad walls, perched on top a small slope like hill.
The thick wooden walls of the warehouse were marked by grooves and scars from battle. Surrounding the vicinity were the mutilated corpses of Beast and Monsters with thick pools of blood forming dark puddles.
Reo's expression was listless as he nodded indiscernibly, deep black circles surrounded his eyes and his ivory expression was paler compared to much earlier.
