There was a slight ring...a thin reverberating one as the walls of my mental sphere agitatedly trembled.
The world seemed so strange and unbalanced; the distant sounds appeared as a hazy backdrop. My perception was surreal than before. Everything was slow and unsual.
My thoughts, the natural lights, and even the heat of the sun against my skin.
The only constant was the rising ringing inside my head and a mounting pressure against my mind.
A sharp voice pulled me out of my reverie.

It was Kyle, and by the time I noticed, he had already grabbed me by the collar of my shirt. His expression was immensely ferocious, and there was a tinge of bloodlust emanating from his being.
