A evil smirk appeared on Curtis face as he sent a mocking gaze to William and Alexander. He knew he would get punishment for being so rash in front of everyone from his father, but he would see it later.
For now, he wanted to watch these two get humiliated. His hate towards William and Alexander was so much that he didn't even notice Lilly's beauty, otherwise the situation certainly would have been different.
The middle-aged man looked at William and asked, "So how would you compensate us for the things you have said?"
Alexander whispered to Lilly, "Are you going to interfere?"
All he heard was a hmm in response but that was enough to assure him. Aside from spouting bullshit with William, Alexander had been also observing Lilly's facial expressions.
And he understood one thing from it. 'She don't give a fuck about Owens' family'. He thought. 'Well, atleast I know she's far stronger than him.'
