Lilly nodded at William, poked her finger at his hand, and closed her eyes.
She furrowed her brows as she inspected William's body. Willam forgot about everything and just looked at the beautiful face close to him.
He didn't even feel the energy running through his body, inspecting every part and organ of his body.
Finally, after some minutes, Lilly sighed and took her hand back. William also shifted his gaze as he began to look at the forest before him.
"Your clan is really nasty and disgusting," Lilly said as a look of disgust appeared on her face.
William got confused and asked, "I know my clan is the worst but why are you saying that?"
Lilly gave a side glance to Willam and said, "Do you know that you're going to die in the next few days or weeks maybe."
Willam was dumbfounded and couldn't speak for some moments. He then asked, "What?"
Lilly sighed and said, pointing at the far body of Willam, "Your fat body would be the cause of your death. Tell me, has your weight kept increasing for the past few years?"
"I..." Willam looked down at his body and wondered if there was something wrong with his body. But Lilly's words were also true, his weight had been increasing constantly even if he did exercise as did diet.
Nothing was working. But from the time he got the Omnisword, the rate at which his weight increased had slowed down. That's why he wasn't worried much about his health.
But now he doubted that.
"I know what you're thinking," Lilly said. "I was actually confused. You see, Veloxithans are known for their agility, for their speed and light body."
Then she looked at William and said, "But you're totally opposite of that. You have the bloodline of Veloxithans but are still fat, isn't that concerning?"
"Please! Can you not go round and round and just tell me directly?" Willam pleaded.
Lilly smiled and said, "Fine! I'll tell you. Your body has the Fatmoss Worms spread in your flesh."
"Fatmoss Worms?" Willam asked, getting a bad feeling about it.
Lilly nodded and explained, "They are a rare type of worms that survive on the energy a living being releases. Like when you work out or fight for a long time, energy is released from your body. Fatmoss Worms use that energy to survive."
"Normally it's fine because the number of Fatmoss Worms is never really huge so even if sometimes it gets into someone's body, they won't be harmful to the body."
She then sighed and continued, "But your case is different, someone has forcibly merged many seeds of Fatmoss Worms in your body."
William took a deep breath as he thought about the information he received just now. Every word that Lilly said made sense. He was a thin boy in his childhood but suddenly one day this obesity began to grow on him.
At that time he didn't understand how this happened but now he does. Those seeds must have hatched and filled his body with Fatmoss worms.
He then got a little confused and asked, "But why did nobody discover them? Even I didn't feel anything."
"Hehe, that's because the worms are very small, so small that they're invisible to the naked eye," Lilly said. "Even if I cut a chunk of your flesh right now, you won't be able to see them."
Willam nodded and said, "So the energy that is released during my training and normal workout, they actually use it to grow big, is that right?"
"Correct! And due to them getting bigger, you're getting fat. If this continues, you'll just explode and die." Lilly said.
Willam sighed as he rubbed his eyes. He knew his family hated him but was it really necessary to go to such lengths, just to kill him?
They could have killed him directly but they actually made him suffer and left him to die a slow and painful death. He was really infuriated right now.
He had left his clan behind and never even thought of revenge. Even after he got the sword and along with it, the hope that he'd be strong, he didn't think of revenge.
He had cut all ties with them and just wanted to live a separate life. But enough was enough. If they wanted him dead so badly then he'd show them what true despair means.
A Blazing fire raged in his eyes as he gritted his teeth in anger. He swore he would destroy both of his clans now. He didn't want to make an enemy of them but if they were the ones who weren't letting him live peacefully, then he wasn't someone to back down.
Lilly grinned as she sensed the bloodlust from Willam but hid it quickly. She then smiled and said, "I see that you're motivated now."
William instantly came out of his daze and flushed. He stammered and said, "I-I couldn't help it. I don't wanna back down now."
"It's good that you're thinking like that," Lilly said. "My motto is pretty simple. If someone screws you over, then you screw them ten times over."
"Haha, I agree with you on that." Willam laughed slightly and said.
"Good!" Lilly said. "Anyways, about your obesity, you should be thankful for your sword otherwise you would be dead right now."
Lilly saw the confusion on William's face and said, "As I had said before, Veloxithans have a thin and agile body to suit their powers. The moment you got their Bloodline it began to change your body to its most optimal state, or at least that's what it was trying to do."
"But the Fatmoss Worms didn't let that happen and the Veloxithans Bloodline in your body isn't powerful enough to get rid of all those works."
"So it became a tug of war between my Bloodline and the Fatmoss Worms huh," Willam said as he looked at his big hand. He still couldn't believe that many worms were crawling inside his body.
He shook his head and thought, 'No! Lilly is right, if this goes on I might really die and that's what those bastards want. I ain't letting you have your ways, old man.'
