Rui Ye called out a few more times but received no response in return.
He had no idea what time it was now, nor could he judge between the hours based on the direction of the sunlight as the gloomy weather had messed with his perception. The only thing he could rely on was his physiological function; if he got hungry, then it should be the time to eat.
