A few minutes after walking off the stage, the grouping of teams began. Ethan's team which comprised three S-grade students were grouped with the only team that comprised three D-grade grade students.
This begged the question; why would three bottom-barrel students team up in the first place?
To many, it felt stupid for them to band together instead of teaming up with stronger people. However, to those in their shoes, the answers were in plain sight.
Who would want to team up with people as weak as them?
Another problem was that even if someone were to finally accept them, they would basically become slaves in the team. So, even though they lacked strength it didn't mean they lacked self-worth.
The current Arcanoria Empire had sectors for everyone and anyone to work in, no matter the ability's grading, making them less desperate.
