On week thirteen, classes came to an end, meaning the students had one free week to make all necessary preparations for their first-semester exam.
Those who had partied too hard in the Unity Festival used the first day of the free week to rest. However, that was only a small fraction of the student population.
Most of the students had actually vacated the academy grounds and entered the Mina forest to hunt beasts and raise their strength.
The first-semester examination involved sending the students to an unknown location for a week. There they would be given tasks to complete; ranging from collecting certain items to simply finding a portal to return to the school.
In those locations, there would be no one to protect them from their mistakes, bad decisions and weaknesses. So every single soul core they could get to raise their strength went a long way.
