Walking through the portal, Luke found himself outside the testing grounds, and helplessly lying inside was still the Primal panther.
Looking around, he saw that he was the third person in the second set to have completed the test.
"I thought I would be right behind Jane." Luke shook his head, but that was when Jane had arrived.
"You are..." Jane said as she walked up to him. "The guy that finished first has the teleportation ability, so he easily warped to the key and straight to the portal."
"Oh…" Luke said as his thoughts went straight to how to deal with such an ability, but Jane didn't let his mind wander that far.
"Are you okay? Don't you need a healer?" Jane couldn't help but ask as she pointed at his exposed shoulder.
"Nah, it's not that serious, I have been through worse." Luke's reply shocked Jane, but he didn't pay much attention to her as he remembered Charles and turned to his testing ground.
