Chapter 83 - Chapter 83: Dracula Hilda

Despite its antiquity, the power of the Luger P08 should not be underestimated. Yet, to everyone's surprise, Katz's continuous firing at close range failed to hit Mea. Was it sorcery? No, it seemed Mea dodged the bullets purely with her speed, a feat not even Zhang Fan could achieve.

Mea's face lit up with a triumphant smile, her secret technique clearly successful. She raised her great sword and charged at Katz with astonishing speed, but abruptly retreated midway.

"Damn, reinforcements?" Mea clenched her teeth, sensing imminent danger. Zhang Fan, too, felt the presence of a powerful enemy approaching.

"What fun! Mind if I join this little game?" Suddenly, the sound of flapping wings came from outside the window. A winged figure? A gothic lolita-dressed girl with golden twin tails and striking crimson eyes appeared on the balcony, complete with a pair of bat wings. A vampiric loli from the heavens?

Real bat wings – signifying this golden-haired, twin-tailed lolita was a vampire. Zhang Fan quickly surmised this, recalling the infamous Count Vlad from the original storyline. How did vampires become so widespread?

"Dracula Hilda, have you vampires joined forces with the witches now? Indeed, you're all filthy creatures. Since you've come, prepare to die here! Almighty and merciful Lord, forgive my sword once more..." Mea seemed to know this vampire lolita, Dracula Hilda. Related to Dracula, perhaps? But Mea seemed too eager for a fight.

"Pathetic Vatican nun, today you'll meet your end!" Hilda appeared to dismiss Zhang Fan entirely, questioning his significance.

"Death is your fate!" Mea roared, swinging her giant sword at Hilda, who, with her eerie ability, merged into the shadows. Was it really just a shadow, though? The dim lighting and unusually deep color of the shadow made Zhang Fan suspicious.

Taking no chances, Zhang Fan opened fire at the shadow with his 4A1. The bullets hit, but Hilda emerged unharmed, her anger now directed at Zhang Fan.

"Despicable man, daring to harm the noble bloodline! You'll be the first to die!" Hilda's counterattack was swift – conjuring lightning. Zhang Fan dodged the electrifying attack while suspecting Katz's involvement – her ability to manipulate water combined with Hilda's electricity could be a deadly mix.

Amidst the chaos, Mea stepped in front of Zhang Fan, blocking the combined attack with her sword. But Zhang Fan, not wanting to be outdone, drew his Fengchang Sword and leaped towards Hilda, striking her shoulder with Huashan Sword. The attack caused Hilda momentary dizziness, allowing Zhang Fan to follow up with his powerful Taiyue Sanqingfeng technique, striking her vital points.

Hilda, overwhelmed by pain and dizziness, now faced Mea's final blow. With one swift move, Mea decapitated the vampire lolita, ending the confrontation.
