After Beric faced such a scorching defeat, he got up, grabbed Yeon Jin and threw him over his shoulder and started walking out of there like nothing happened.
"Why are you doing this? Put me down." Yeon Jin wriggled but Beric did not respond.
Steve saw this and thought something bad would happen. He wanted to go and help but Allen, remembering Beric's words, stopped him.
"We can't let him punish him? A defeat is a defeat." Steve said but Allen shook his head.
"What do you plan to do? Don't forget there is more than one type of punishment in the world." He simply said and let go of Steve to think whatever he could.
Steve thought about it. What sort of punishment was he talking about?
Then, he remembered they were in some sort of complicated relationship and he nodded in understanding.
"I guess there's really nothing we can do."
