He let go of the man's hand and walked off to find somewhere to rest.
Armstrong felt his body become stronger as his level increased.
He looked behind him and noticed Muna was rushing towards him.
It was still night time, but he could see perfectly due to the help of the moon.
"Are you okay?" Muna asked
"I'm fine" Muna signed seeing Armstrong was okay.
He decided to train with his sword as they camped for the night. Weeks passed by and Alora helped in increasing his experience at night.
Armstrong thought the kingdom must be in chaos for them not to clear a bunch of wolves ambushing people on their way.
As they were walking down the old-looking stone road Armstrong checked his status.

He was happy that he had gotten a lot more experience.
The caravan approached an opening mountain pass. And Armstrong was sent to scout ahead with Alora and Eiz.
They were met with a chilling sight as they reached the top of the hill. The open mountain pass dirt road stretched out before then, dark and menacing against the muted sky.
Jagged rocks that lined up the sides of the path seemed to loom over the narrow way, like Sharp teeth waiting to devour any who dared to pass through.
The cold wind that blew through the valley below added an eerie soundtrack to the scene, howling through the twisting mountain peaks and carrying a faint, unsettling whisper with it.
It was as if the pass itself was alive, and it could sense the fear that crept into people's hearts.
There was something magnetic, almost hypnotic about the mountain pass, as if it held some hidden secrets and mysteries that begged to be uncovered.
As the seconds ticked by, the darkness of the pass worsened, which scared some of the caravan guards.
He stepped back, staying safely perched on the hilltop rather than venturing into the unknown.
Armstrong looked at Alora. He saw Alora's wide eyes. Alora was shocked by what they saw before them.
They nodded at each other and quickly returned back to the caravan.
As they were walking back Armstrong asked a question. "Why are we transporting carriages of food and other materials instead of storing them In the item box?
Eiz looked at him and laughed before answering. "Well, Armstrong, food is perishable in the item box, so there's no point using those for food: the guild members do have things stored in the item box, such as bodies, and clothes, but they can't store food, so they keep them in an ice chest to last longer."
Muna, and the man in charge of the caravan, Henry Smith, manager of the Hillo Marchant family were accompanying them.
The two arrived before the group, and Henry turned towards them. "So what was there?"
Alora answered the man. "The mountain pass looks clear but there's something strange about it, I'd suggest that we travel through it at first light as it will be dark by the time we reach it"
Muna and Armstrong agreed, but Henry didn't and voiced his objection.
"No, we travel now to the guild; we have a few days away so let's not waste time.
Everyone tried to protect, but Henry didn't hear it, so the caravan continued towards the mountain pass.
It was already dark when they made it to the entrance.
Some men who knew light spells surrounded the caravan and lit up the arena.
This time Armstrong decided to sit on the roof of the first carriage. He had his Aura detection on and he picked up nothing.
Hours passed by they traveled through the mountains, and that's when he picked up three signatures moving towards him.
He quickly stood up, brought out his dagger, and aimed it in the direction without warning anyone.
Something fell from the sky smashing next to the road a few meters in front of the caravan.
Armstrong made his way to the thing and looked at the thing.
It was a giant bat-looking creature with wyvern-like wings and twitching. Armstrong brought out his sword and stabbed the beast in the head.
The thing stopped moving and he stored it in the item box, but as he turned around, he saw two adventures getting picked up and dragged off screaming.
Rose was using her sword to hold them, while Lax was shooting arrows at them; Rash was healing the injured guard.
Lax effort took down one with Alora's support, and the two beasts were taken down with some effort.
The caravan lost three Men and had three injured, while Rash and another mage were healing.
After the wounded were healed the caravan started moving again.
A few hours later, more flying beasts attacked, but they were prepared this time. Spells flew towards them, tearing their wings apart.
