Uggghhh…. Why did I agree to this?
I stared at the dozen bottles in front of me that I had just made.
This process was going slower than I thought… At the rate that I was going, it might take more than the time I estimated to complete…
I looked around the kitchen, wondering if there was an easier way to do this.
I have been doing this by hand all this while but is there actually a way to automate this? I can't believe I didn't think about this sooner…
Then again, I guess it's because I've been experimenting all this while and only made small batches so there wasn't a problem with just making them by hand.
But now that I have an order of a thousand different condiments to make, I kind of want to automate this process now…
But well… I have to admit that I don't know the full capabilities of my own kitchen yet.
